21st Century Insurance Complaint - Worst Company Ever
Complaint
A 21st Century insured rear ended me on the Freeway nearly 2 years ago, totalling my car..... still getting therapy and in need of another epidural. I have been trying to settle the claim for months. They refuse to recognize my needed medical expenses and want to settle for less. Don't want an attorney as they want 33% of a settlement and need the money for therapy and possible surgery. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They think they have the last word!

Insurance companies find people with no attorney are easy push overs for fast cheap settlements. Be very careful and good luck to you.

Try an insurance claims adjuster instead of an attorney to represent you. Their specialized in fighting with insurance companies and their cut is usually far more reasonable.

I don't understand why you are personally dealing with them? That's what you pay your insurance company for.
