Priceline.com and Wyndham Hotel Complaint - Policy vs customer service
Only saved $10 by going through Priceline. Unfortunate that I must share my dissatisfaction with Priceline And by extension, Wyndham in Southport NC. Due to a sudden last minute cancellation in my plans, my reservation less than 24 hrs old, citing "policy" I was unable to speak with anyone willing to seek a resolution. We will be coming down in a week but due to the inflexibility and unavailability of any manager to help find a resolution, we will seek other accommodations. Sad that they lose a customer over $130, plus bad pub.
Thankfully there are other businesses willing to provide good customer service.
