Magic Jack Complaint - I Am Being Charged For A New Magic Jack

My Magic Jack just went dead and I cannot get any contact with the company. I Have been directed to another site to order another MAGIC JACK AND I WOULD BE CHARGED 39.95 AFTER 30 DAYS, WHY? WITH NO EXPLAINATION.

What other site did they direct you to? Have you tried talking to a live agent, on the Magic Jack website?

I have the same question as Anna Molly. How long have you had the device. Was it under any form of warranty?
