KFC Complaint - Poor Service
Upon enetering KFC this afternoon to get the families dinner as we normally do on Fridays, a young lady working the front counter was not at all customer friendly and I discovered she was too busy trying to wait on me and use her text mail at the same time which caused mistakes in my order to the cook and it was prepared totally wrong. She made no attempt to even acknowledge that I was there to order and never spoke a word like "good afternoon could Ihelp you" or any damn thing. She messed up my order.
Shouldn't there be rules for employees not to have cell phones or text messaging when trying to serve the public that resulted in another 10 minute wait and a messed up order, ever out Tacco's were wrong, but not discovered until we arrived home to eat. They had no chicken to fill orders or had ran out and this would have required another 15 min wait, not with a kid that was acting up. Just had to vent, get all the damn text and cell phones off the front line, you're there to provide a service and pass out more or have them re-read the customer friendly guide.
