Direct TV Complaint - Roof Damage, And Follow Process For 6 Days While It Rains Everyday
Called direct TV and of course sorry your roof is damage but here is the paperwork and it will be six days before we can do anything ".
Promise a supervisor would call, no call. Promise today between 4-8pm a technician would show up, no show and no call ".
Called again at 818pm and spoke with chris and she said promise someone will call you in thirty minutes. Well, there has been a lot of hurricans and tropical storms in your area. Not sure what weather broadcast she was watching because its just rain.
Still 4 days later, service poor and they promise nothing less than excellent service. I guess this is their excellent service. WOW, I sure do love FiOS, they are here in 24-48hrs if you even have any problems. I can't wait for them to get the Sunday ticket and stop dealing with Direct TV's Non excellent service because they don't except anything less.. please do not go with them, it is not worth the headache. I now have over 500 dollars damage to roof and they still have repaired.
THE WATER is now leaking onto the washer. I am sure by the time they get around to following their process I will need a new roof. .We cannot even get a technician here or a phone call from a supervisor. It's like they installed it and then said " maintain it yourself". this has been the WORSE customer service experience I have ever encountered and having no one call or show up for a 4-8pm appointment. And we pay for the protection plan where a technician is suppose to come out and fix any issues.
