Startec Complaint - Never sign with Startec - phone

I signed with Startec, couldn't get access and use the phone. I never never made any phone call... I cancelled one week after (by email) never received an answer. I called them and finally cancelled my account with them. They still say I m going to be charged (minimum fee). They charged my account & refused to give me credit, bad customer service. In the phone, the woman was very agressive.
I m going to put a reverse on my account VISA, hopefully can stop them...
BAD BAD COMPAGNY, don't trust them at all. Keep away.

This all comes down to what the signed contract states.
