Officemax is making using the rewards more and more difficult! I went to the store today to buy a desktop. I told the cashier that I want to use a reward. The cashier checked with the manager and told me I cannot use rewards to buy any computer. This is the first time I have ever heard of this. Just now I checked the full OM rewards terms&conditions. At nowhere it says the rewards cannot use on computer. Besides, the employee there are not at all friendly. no smile at all. as if I owe their money, or as if I need to beg a favor from them to let me use my rewards. Time to switch to office depot.

Give them a call at (800) 283-7674 [customer service] or contact their corporate office in Naperville, IL at (630) 438-7800 and let them know about your problem with this store.
