Burger King Informative - Complaint
MESQUITE, TEXAS -- I have a complaint about the service I recieved at a Burger King in Mesquite, TX on N.Galloway. I was headed out of town and went to the drive-thru at this location. There we're several cars ahead of me and as just the hood of my car was at the speaker, the person inside asked for my order, I couldn't even see the menu yet so I politely asked her to wait a few minutes. I pulled a little closer when I could and she asked again for my order, I still could not see the menu and again asked her to please wait for my order. I finally was able to pull all the way up and get a look at the menu and started to decide what to order and the employee asked very insistently for my order. I reminded her that I had asked her to wait for my order and she then very rudely said that I was taking too long and needed to order my food now and not waste her time. I couldn't believe it and told her I wasn't going to order anything if I was going to be treated that rudely. She told me to pull up and get out of her drive thru. I pulled up to the window and asked to speak to a manager and it turns out that it was her! I then asked for the General Managers number and she gave me a number which I tried from my cell phone and got a disconected number. I finally gave up and went to another resturant. I'll never patronize that store again and I think at least twice before going to other Burger King resturants now.
At least a response, preferably an apology and reassurance that that kind of customer service is not a standard for your company.
