Burger King #7283 - 363 Harding Place in Nashville, Tennessee 37211-3907 Complaint - Poor Customer Service and Lazy Employees

This Burger King has HORRIBLE customer service; not only that, but the employees are lazy! I attempted to go through the Drive Thur today at 7:00 pm to place 2 orders and the cashier and manager told me they were to busy to take my 2 orders; however, there was only one car behind me. I wanted to place 2 separate orders I was told by the Manager "to take it or leave it." I then called the store to speak to the manager to confirm why I couldn't place my 2 orders. I was livid at the managers response. He replied that his name was Omar and that he didn't care who I contacted-I can contact Obama, that he didn't care, and used profanity and hung up in my face. This is the worst experience that I have ever has dealing with any fast food.

good for him if you cannot make the drive through like the express lane take your a** inside
