Airtel Complaint - Airtel Not Refunding Money

Recently I applied for new broadband connection of Airtel. Before handover the required docs for new connection I confirmed them two times whether for new connection feasibility is there or not. Airtel executives said ports are there and broadband will be up in a weeks time. But after applying the connection and waiting for more than 10 days after submitting the docs and 1 month advance they was not response from Airtel. I called customer case many times and finally application was rejected because of connectivity problem.

Now from 1.5 months I am trying to get my amount back but every time they are saying to wait for some more days but doing nothing. I sent mails to appellate, called CC numerous times but nothing worked. Please be aware.

If you're in the US, about the only contact I know of for Bharti Airtel would be their office in Missoula, Mt. at (406) 541-9050. If you want to somehow lodge a complaint about them in general, they are based in India so you might try going through the Ministry of Communications & Information Technology website via
