MORRIE'S Automotive Group Complaint - MORRIE'S lied to me and then did not respond to complaint from the MN Attorney General!

Review by hoch29 on 2011-09-12
Morrie's lied to me to get me to buy a vehicle from them. Later, when their lie was exposed, they refused to make things right. They have even refused to answer a complaint from the MN AG's Office!

Stay away from Morrie's!

MORRIE'S would be well suited to respond should they receive any additional complaints from the AG's office. Consumer protection divisions get pretty punchy when business habitually don't respond.

What was their lie that induced you to buy a vehicle? Are you not aware of the 'Four Corners'doctrine of contractt law? If it is not within the Four Corners of the contract, then it does not exist. In short, nothing a used car dealer says can abrogate the terms of the written contract. As far as I am aware, used car sales are AS IS everywhere but the state of Massachusetts. You are out of gas, and are wasting the AG's office's time.

This is concise, to the point, and detailed. That is three corners - a triangle. Not quite four, but close.
