Sears.ca Complaint - Parts Return Processing Line
My Central Vac motor burned out. I phoned the Parts Dept. and ordered a new motor (I gave them the Model Number and they said they would send it).
When I received the Motor it was the wrong one. I re-ordered the right one
which I received and installed.
I have phone the above Return Processing Line 10 times and they have not returned my call.
The girl that comes on line says "All our lines are busy, please leave your name and number and we will get right back to you. Thank you for your patience.
My patience has run out and have even phoned the parts dept. again and told them I can't get call back. They said they would look into it and have them phone me.
What do I have to do to get Parts Return Processing to call me back?
