AOL Complaint - I paid extra for supposedlly faster on-line access and I cannot get on AOL period.

I paid and am still paying for your faster AOL service and I cannot even get on much less fast. If you can't do better than please stop charging me for the extra service. I am going to tell my credit card company to take the extra charge off unless I hear from you by e-mail.

I have been with you "like" forever and now I am left high and dry - so to speak.

I also have a complaint about the strange noises I hear on here when I am using the computer. Someone sneezes then they cough then blows their noses I am not happy with situation. It is disgusting to say the least.

AOL doesn't have an 800# to call when users have serious trouble?

Sending a message through a third party website doesn't seem like a way to address an account matter serious enough to dispute monthly charges.
