Virgin Moble Internet Complaint - What the ##%&* - Broadband service

I have had this lousy service for a year, seems I always had some sort of problem. I called this evening to pay on my account and I was told I had the wrong pin number!! My pin number was changed, not by me. They basically said too bad, we can't access your account! I was so angry, I have been using the same pin number for the last year, calling each month to pay my bill! They should give me back the money I paid for the wireless broadband key.
