AOL Complaint - Severs dropping data

I use AOL and have used it almost since the company started. I save data, inclding first and last names and e-mail addresses in the AOL address book. Using those lists, I have created groups that I use, for many reaons, including keeping a group list for family and friends. Because those lists are kept in AOL servers, I can access them from any of my computers. However, more and more, I have experienced examples where the AOL servers (I assume the problem is with the servers) drop e-mail addresses, or first names, or even change the listing from the person's name to the person's e-mail address. I pay for AOL service, so I believe that I am entitled to better service than this.
