Dish Network TV Complaint - Complaint - TV

Dish Network service is unprofessional, insufficient, disgusting experience. Their sales representative came to my home to introduce Dish Network TV, so we chose their service. It took 4 hours to finish the registration process, they kept on transferring and hold on the line. Wait several days for the installation, and the technician could not find my address due to their mis-input of the service address! We lives at the north, they put in Kissimmee, and different street name!!

when I want to updating the dish from regular to HD, they asked for big deposit. One worker said $150, the other said $495. And they refuse to accept cancelling within 1 months. I only used their service for a week, and cancelled.

This company treat customer with no respect.

Wow! After reading all these reviews I sure am sorry I signed up with DISH Network 2 days ago. I plan to keep a very close eye on them to be sure they honor their part of the agreement. If not, they will be in violation.
