Startec.com Complaint - Employee use bad language with customers
Horrible, paid in advance, money drawn from my account but not able to make calls after 24 hrs passed. Called customer service faced rude behavior from customer service and technical staff. Why they involve technical staff with customers to make long distance calls. That is their internal system. Customer should be up to customer service. Never pay to this company they can draw without your permission. Beware of these people.
