Traverls Insurance Compliment - Loss compensation
I had two claims, one for my car and one for the house. I expected the worst, but was shocked at the attitudes of the claim guys and Travelers. the car guys was very empathetic with our situation and did their best within the rules to get us proper compensation. Obviously, I did not like to hear our car was totaled, but I really felt like he cared and we were happy with them and the time they took for all the explanations. The house guy took over a month to get to us, but he had thousands of people to see so we understood. When he did arrive I could sense he also felt bad about what happened to our home. Needless to say we wanted more compensation, but don’t we all? He was very fair in his assessment and was very helpful and kind these people represented Travelers as “an insurance company who cares”. apparently hrey do! I would, will and have recommended Travelers to anyone who will listen.
