Central Link Complaint - Service - internet and phone

Central Link company has a toll free number for register, it took 2 hours on the phone to fill the customer information. The lady of installation dept was unprofessional, and gave me confusing information regarding the packages and prices. Undurable! Their register system is too complicated and insufficient.
Then the installation, I was told will be done the next day. But wait after 4 days. Every time I called them was told differently. Untained and unprofessional.

After installation, the internet and phone work fine.
