Outback Steakhouse Complaint - TOO SALTY - Entire Meal
Entire Meal - Complaint
Ordered 13 oz NY Strip dinner, Chicken sandwich with fries and another order of fries (child). All were extremely salty and that is an understatement. We complained and the Manager stated it was their new menu and new seasoning method. Manager stated the server was supposed to tell us the the Wood Fire grill option was less salty. Server mentioned nothing of the sort. Be warned! If you like salt (I meantons of it) just order the regular menu item. Not going there again.

Thanks for your review. This subject came up a few days ago (not Outback) with the massive amount of sodium used at some restaurants, fast foods and the frozen dinners available at your grocers. I've always felt a customer could pick up that salt shaker if it wasn't salty enough for his taste.

To much sodium is def not good for you. I would of asked them to re-due my meal to my liking or get a refund that's unacceptable.

I frequented Outback for 6 months. I found that their standard seasonings were quite objectionable, between being too spicy and salty.
When I spoke with management, they said that Outback prides itself on being a "full flavor restaurant." Pffft. The service stunk, the food was "eh", and I threw their sorry butts over the side.

I thought restaurants were supposed to be cutting back on salt. I guess Outback didn't get the memo. I've never been to Outback and have no intention of ever going now because I don't like salt.
