Kaiser Permanente Complaint - Conmen and Thieves - Billing and Diagnosis
Billing and Diagnosis - Complaint
1. Kaiser is sneaking in extra charges on the bill by stating that the visit was beyond the scope. In other words, be very careful what you tell the doctor, because they WILL twist the words to squeeze extra dollars out of you.
2. The doctors are incompetent. I went in for check up that turned out to be excema, the doctor couldn't figure it was a common skin disorder, told me that I had to see a skin specialist - wait time of 6 months! He put me on antibiotics. I went back and they gave me another cream and were defensive of their previous wrong diagnosis.
3. The trigger happy drug pusher of a RN told my wife that she has depression and put her on Prozac - it turned out that she had strep throat!
Stay away from Kaiser!

Uh.. You kiiiinda need to report this to more than a consumer board.

I'm not sure where this is, but idontthinkso is right. You need to report this to your State's Department of Health and the Licensing Board for Physicians and Nurses.

when you get kaiser you can't do anything unless you die. I had bad dealings with them they almost killed me literally, with chemo and didn't do anything said the side effects were in my head and tried to give me an antipsychotic course i didn't take it. they had me on 10 different medicines, that made me feel like i wsa poisoned lucky ran into someone on facebook they said get off of it now, your dying and i was its been 2 y rs later and still struggling with the chemo treatment they gave me and its massive side effects. They don't do anything ppl kaiser has too much control trust me i went to everyone and nothing happened. cause you sign a paper before you get the insurance, at least here in california. They are above the law and we need to change it before more ppl die. i have diseases and auto immune diseasees cause they should have taken me off treatment and didn't, treatment didn't even work anyways. I almost had a stroke cause they woould just give me anti depressants seems to be there answer to everything. I went to the er and they treated me good here in my hometown anad i told them about kaiser they didn't look amazed, they were more like they expected it. Wish i could get my money back, they owe me.
