Bavaria Rent A Car Bucarest Complaint - Checklist Signed Will Secure Your Account

True story and experience from last week (Sept/2011):

1. Car rental reservation from Bavaria rent a car Bucarest Airport
2. Duration of rental:28th August 2011 to 6th of sep/2011, total 9 days
3. 28th August 1015 the car received, X3 BMW, while prior signed the company checklist, marked all paint scratches, to avoid any problems.
4. 29th am, informed the Bavaria office at Bucarest Airport Re:GPS malfunction (no charging for the unit), unit out of order, no service around my position, T. Saverin or Orsova...
5. 6th sep/0915, a/m car received by same office at Bucarest Airport, While mr, Dan the Bavaria rent a car employee signed the inspection checklist and marked all condition okay, same as received 28th/am...(usually not receiving this copy, dan promissed to send it by email...and I am still waiting for this form...
6. 6th pm I send email to:Customer service Bavaria rent a car Re: GPS malfunction during all rental period, but none service or help to this matter...(you pay for the best car but what service you get?).
7. 7th/sep received email from Bavaria customer service...
a. you will not get 10% discount as Promised...
b. GPS checked and repaired, who care?
c. you will get list of car repairs, for paint scratches & more...
8. The a/m company or the owner, or the customer service acting in this case uhproffesional and against any low or agreement, by trying to repair the Car on the Customer Account... this is by any means called FRAUD...

From my experience in this Country Romania, don't trust - make sure you get copy of the checklist on the spot, to avoid any unnecessary Headache...

I hope that the a/m will be helpful to any one from anywhere traveling to eurrope or Romania...

update 27/09/2011

1. 12th/september sent by fax to Mastercard Israel, Fraudulent transaction form, Re:Bavaria rent a car, order no 10674.

2. 15th/sept received from Mastercard reply Re:complaint no. 1133439

3. Bavaria rent a car Bucarest, charged my credit card, about 2070 Euro (1270 Euro above our contract) cost of repairs & More.

4. 18th/sept 1609 L/T (Israel-Haifa), Israeli Police at Haifa received my complaint re:Bavaria rent a car no. 387693/2011 credit card Fraud, (charge of credit card double cost without my permison).

5. Bavaria rent a car Bucarest, customer service, refused to recheck again to my request the "checklist" from 6th/sept/0915 While the car received by mr. Dan (bavaria rent a car employee), all okay, still waiting for this form.

6. Bavaria rent a car, customer service reply, Lets the Low Decide... ( This is customer service?).

7. 19th/sept Received official letter from Master card, Re:credit my account by NIS 6,920 about-1380 Euro...Thanks Mastercard.

8. Mean while this case under investigation by:Mastercard international & Israeli Police, hopfully with good results...

9. Good advice : never ever give up for any case involved by charging your credit card by Fraud, or trying to charge extra cost by new system called : Repair List...
