Time Warner Cable-So.Cal. Complaint - Non-existent Customer Service
TWC TV Program Directory does not replenish on the DVR for almost a week after any power interruption. Customer Service says it does within 24 hours. Service Tech says it may not. DVR is usless to record a programmed show if the directory lists "To Be Announced". Service Tech agreed it is probably the TWC Server, but can be of no help. All attempts to reach someone of athority have failed. Is anyone in charge? What do they get paid for doing?
