North American Bancard Complaint - Company Is Out To Suck You In - Run As Far Away As You Can - Credit Card Services

To make a long story short we have been ripped off of $2000.00 And the company won't admit most of it is their fault. Do not do business with them. They do not tell you details up front and when you find out that they did not tell you something it is to late to do anything about it.
They do not lie- they just do not give you the details or they do not mention details-until they have your signature on the contract-then bamb here are all the hidden factors come to light!!!! Do not think that they will have your emails-letters-phone calls- they lose them the minute you try to do something. Stay away from north American bancard.

We're sorry you feel that your account was handled incorrectly. We believe we have recognized your merchant numbers, and in a previous correspondence, we advised that we show you signed a Merchant Account Agreement Application with us on or about June 28, 2011, for a term of 36 months, upon which time you agreed to all the terms and conditions contained within the Agreements. Our records do not show any communication in regards to the canceling of the Merchant Account nor the return of the equipment. As a courtesy, we have closed this account internally with no cancel fee. Please return the outstanding equipment at your earliest convenience in order to avoid any future billing. If for some reason, we have recognized your account incorrectly, please free to contact me at 866-485-8999 x 1314 so that I can directly assist you with your issue. I would need the details of what happened up front in order to decide not to use NAB. I can tell that you had a problem, but I don't see what it was.

Oh my Gosh, I am so thankful I am not the only one who they seem to loss the communication with. They just kept saying they have no record of my calls last year, so I could not have called. I told them that was very convenient on their part so they can get out of doing anything. I called multiple times, with no records on their part, emailed too, to find out why I was not getting paid for the charges. I never got any answers, got busy with my other business, and now trying to get answers and get my money, when now I have to pay to get the records pulled up, because they conveniently have no records of my ever contacting them past my initial welcome call. They lost the hours of tech support and multiple calls to find out what was wrong with my terminal. They lost the complaint that I was paying for wireless when there was no signal available. Stay far away from this company, STAY AWAY!
