Sunoco Informative - Customer rudeness - Just a simple cup of cofee
Just a simple cup of cofee
In a small town, Irwin, PA 15642, at the corner of Ash and US Rte 30. there is a guy that I personally have witnessed to be NOT of good moral character. I know who he is, and 20 minutes ago when I asked if he had a 24 oz. lid for a cup of coffee that I wouldn't spill...he gave me the finger. This was on Wednesday, at about 10:30 P.M. September 14th, 2011. I will never buy a Sunoco gas or product again. You folks should have seen this treasure of customer service that Sunoco employees. (who I know) He is not a good representative of the company. Good job Sunoco, you did well!!!!!!

Most Sunoco stations are independently owned. Maybe that employee is just having a bad day or has an attitude problem. You can say the same thing about any "bad" employee at any business. Just because you are treated rudely at one Sunoco station does not mean that all Sunoco stations have rude employees.
