Astoria Ford Complaint - My extra key

I will never do business with Astoria Ford again. They are very friendly before the sale and during the sale, but when you pay and leave the store you are totally forgotten, I never received my extra key for my new 2011 Ford F-150 pickup. I called a few times and everyone just put the blame on somebody else. I went there on Tuesday to get my truck serviced and confronted the salesman who sokd me the truck and was basically called a liar about the key. He said he seen my wife put the key on her key ring, my wife doesn't carry her keys unless she is driving her car which she wasn't. I was treated like and idiot while there. These people are very unprofessional and need to learn how to treat people. Well I still don't have my s[are key. This is a brand new truck amd should have 2 keys. I guess my next step is to have my attorney try to get me a key. Stay away from Astoria Ford.

You might want to also file a complaint with your state's consumer protection office and/or attorney generals office.
