Ralph Lauren Complaint - Poor quality polos and dress shirts
Complaint
I have worn polo shirts almost exclusively for years and the last couple of years I have really noticed a drop in their quality both of material and craftsmanship. There was a time when the Polo product was worth the money. It wore well and lasted for a long time. Today the product does not hold up and the way it is made is terrible.
I no longer associate the Polo product with quality and will no longer purchase or recommend the product. I am done.

My boyfriend loves Ralph Lauren and the last few shirts I've gotten him, have gotten damaged after washing them. He washed them according to the directions, but they came out with little holes all over the sleeves. The quality has seem to have gone down, almost like they are using cheaper material

I try not to wash brand name shirts very often to avoid fades.

I've had the same thing happen Shorty with a knit shirt I bought for myself. My clothes are always washed on the gentle cycle in cold water. This was NOT the Ralph Lauren brand but an expensive line of clothing. I had purchased it at an end of season clearance sale but it was not at a discount store, rather a high end department store. I just kept the shirt and decided I'd wear it inside the house on weekends. It did turn me off that brand.

Yes, the quality has gone way downhill. Recently, I was wearing a Ralph Lauren top with logo on front. My sister said that she liked it, but that Ralph Lauren's clothes are now of poor quality. I couldn't agree more. I took a sweatshirt/jacket back to Macy's today after a gromet came off
