Juno Online Complaint - Thieves

I cancelled my service a month before it expired, and on the date it expired they charge my card. I call them and they told me that they were going to refund the money in 2 business days, it didn't happen. I call again the person that I talk to told me that it was going to take 2 months for the refund, guess what I'm still waiting. When they want your money they are very nice on the phone but if you want your money back they will treat you bad. Their customer service sucks they talk to you like if they were your parents demanding that you don't cancel but guess what Juno, there are a lot of companies that don't steal their customers money...

Don't wait the 60 days. The 60 days is generally when you lose the ability to dispute the transaction with your credit card company. Dispute the transaction now!

I am going through fighting some fraudulent charges myself right now, and agree with atyourservice. I do have a question for the great minds at M3C. I received a package from one of the outfits who charged my account. Since federal law says unsolicited merchandise may be kept and considered a gift, can I keep the DVD or CD or whatever it is> I have not opened it yet.
