Qwest (CenturyLink) Complaint - DSL modem router that would not work correctly

When using the Q1000 modem/router the internet connection and service worked just fine, but the laptop when connected wireless would not see my other computers that were wired into the modem. I had used a NetGear Router with Cox cable before and the computers could see each other just fine, so I knew the network was correct. Qwest told me that they were only concerned with the internet and that I would have to contact Actiontec for any other problem. Actiontec told me I needed to contact Qwest as it was their service.
I could get absolutely no satisfaction from Qwest customer support and the last person I talked to tried to get their level 3 support tier to talk to me, but they refused saying it was a network problem and they did not deal with them. I have discontinued my service with Qwest and went back to Cox and everything works fine now.
