Microsoft Corporation Complaint - How bad I was treated by an Office tech. Supervisor

The way the MS Office Tech. Supervisor treated me I felt insulted. Iasked him to transfer me to the manager above him and he refused and stated that he was it, I stated that unless he was the CEO he had to report to a higher manager, ha stated NO. Further inquiries were not succsesful.

I had an ongoing problem and after three nights and over 9 hours dealing with very nice people, tonight I had the misfortune to deal with the technician, and his supervisor that treated me like dirt. He would not give me a Corporate phone number or email.

I stated to him that by the way he was talkingto me he did not desreve to be a Supervisor.

I cannot find MS Corporate direct email to file a formal complaint, somebody knows?

I have dealt with MS support a few times, and it was pretty fast and excellent. I'm sorry to hear about your experience.
