El Pollo Loco in Tempe Arizona Complaint - Poor Customer Service

I went to El Pollo loco in Tempe AZ. and order the 4 wings and salad specal for $4.pp they said they did not have on 4 wings they only have 2 left so I said ok I will just take the 2, they wanted to charge me $6.00, I ask why are you charging me 6.00 for a 4.99 meal they said because I order alaca, so I said I see the manager and ask why would charge me 6.00 he said the same thing I said I wanted to 4pic wings but you not have 4wings, I feel he could have ofter to only charge me the 4.99 for a incomplete order. He did not want to do that so I said that's ok, I think the customer service is very poor at that place and the manager need more training.
