Stay Lodge Extended Stay in Florence Ky Complaint - Manager saying we are late on payment being rude and vulgar language

My wife and I payed 300 dollars towards rent to last and talked to an office worker and said we would be ok paying late and all of a sudden the gen manager said we will be late swearing at us the whole time threating us and everything. we finally gave her more money and swore at us more an other tenant heard screaming at us from outside the office saying we got til tomorrow to come up with even more more or get evicted, and he have proof we payed a lot to hold us til a few more days and the manager barely looked at the paper work says it don't mean anything flung the paper at my wife and still yelling and cussing at her, saying that we are shady characters and does nopt trust us, weve been here three yrs, shes been here a little close to two yrs....we don't associate with her how does she know us, yells at us swears at us, has been told about other tennants stealing from another room and she did nothing about wife and I don't know what to do and begged for money because we have no other place to go. we are stuck between a rock and hard place.

One thing that is clear in your complaint is that you have severe cash flow problems, have run behind on your rent, and are living day to day.

While it is impossible to know all the details of your situation at this extended stay facility, it is understandable that this could come to contentious discussion and the possibility of eviction. That doesn't mean swearing at you is acceptable.
