Pepsi Complaint - Flat pepsi

Review by purrtifulgizmo55 on 2011-09-16
I have bought Pepsi for years. My family probably goes thru a 12 pack a day. The last 4 packs I have bought have been flat. Why? Please fix this problem. We love Pepsi!

Have you gone back to the retailer, or is there an 800 number on the can for feedback?

The longer the cans sits on the shelf, you will notice the flat taste. It is best to drink by the date on the can.

Could they have been expired?

You can also contact Pepsi at:

PepsiCo, Inc.
700 Anderson Hill Road
Purchase, NY 10577
(914) 253-2000

I'm sure they'll want to make this right, and keep their loyal customers happy.

Personally, I chaff at the idea of calling a long distance number to tell a manufacturer that its product svcks. And I'm not using a stamp either. Don't ask me to, I won't!

I can't understand these posts about Pepsi being flat. I have had Pepsi from the Kalil Bottling company in Arizona, and whoever does it here in Washington, and have had no problem. In fact, I have to shake the bottle and loosen the cap a couiple of times to get rid of some carbonation. As to calling a lnng distance number, it is an 800 number, so it costs you nothing. Better than the USPS highway robbery.

Bad tasting, flat Pepsi seems to be a problem for many people lately. I don't drink much soda, and when I do, I really don't pay attention to the taste. But I recently had a Diet Cherry Pepsi, and it was awful. It tasted like medicine.
