Usa Loan Firm Foundation /Lender Company; America Loan Company Complaint - Fraud - Fraud Loan Agreement

Review by sjmcadams72 on 2011-09-16
Since I followed the terms and done what I thought was the contract my complaint is that I was either lied to or was withheld all requirements about the (20,000)loan I was offered I had to pay 400 dollars to get approved to which I agreed. after I paid the 400 via western union and did not get my loan as promised, I was ask to pay for a (letter of gauertee)with 2 options 1 for 700 bank transfer or 490 and knowing I could not pay the 700 I choose the 490 ( to which I had to pawn and take out a paydaay loan for. none of which was included in the terms I was provided and agreed on. because of trying to pay off prior debts this has made my financial situation worse. now I can't pay any of my bills come the first of the month

It is unfortunate but you have fallen for a very old scam known as an "advance fee loan". There is no lender and no loan to come. These scammers may even contact you again asking for more money - cut your losses on this one.

Once the money is sent western union, there is no way to recover it. The location you were told to put on the western union form does not matter, the recipient can pick up the money anywhere worldwide. Sorry to hear of your situation.
