Facebook And Twitter Complaint - Slaggin, Sluggish...Taking Twenty Minutes To Type A Two Minute Line...Six To Ten Minutes To Go From Checking And Replying To Msg

Review by KATHRYNVINES23 on 2011-09-17
Just clicking on the side errors to move page up and down has become a entity in itself...Dragging..Waiting for the page to reach where we just put it at....It is slow, sluggish..I have been off Facebook for three months due to my sisters care and death and the one thing that gave me release is causing me anger...Just please help make it run like it did before and stop trying to update it, it is not working...

Are you using a dial-up connection (or Clear) to connect to the Internet? There have been many M3C complaints about Clear/Clearwire, about how slow the service is. Also, dial-up can be slow. Also, check your computer for viruses, malware, and/or spyware. An infected computer can run sluggish as well...run an antivirus scan and Malwarebytes to clear up any problems with your machine. It should run faster.

I agree. My screen locks up when trying to send a simple message. Just typing causes problems. I think they are improving it. But not there yet.

It sounds to me like the problem might be your computer. This happens occasionally with FB but it isn't an ongoing problem. Maybe someone who is computer saavy can tell you where to look on your computer to clean it up.
