GNC Complaint - Lack of customer service

I bought to products with different flavors but after using the first one a few months after I bought it I started to feeling heart palpitations, I tried to exchange the other product for something else but they told me that was not possible because I did not buy the product within 30 days, I found this policy very anti customer, specially when I was told when I bought the product that I could return any time if did not sit well, and never specified their 30 day policy.....I won't buy anything from them ever again

I don't think they meant there was an indefinite return policy. It stands to reason there would be a time limit on returns. Is the return policy posted in the store or on the receipt?

I'd be surprised if they would allow the return of consumable products at all.

I'm sure they accept returns of consumable products as part of customer service, even if they can't be resold.
