Verizon FIOS TV Informative - Most horrible horrible scheduling and customer service

First, they were very late and when I called they told me that my schedule was pending. I have scheduled it more than a month earlier and they confirm the schedule to me just 2-3 days ago, twice. I was just beside myself because I was so busy and have to take off one day from work. So I told them to cancel my order if they cannot install today. Then afte 1.5 hrs, a technician arrived told me that he was just asked to come for another technician who came earlier but I was not home. This is an absolute lie as they told me themselves on the telephone that I was even on schedule yet and they will see if they can send a technician today. I was so angry.

The installation was half-half and I made a mistake or returning one of the boxes in the order and when I called today to get the box, they said that it was not included in my original order. The technician asked me 3x if I want to return one of the boxes and it was not included?!

I really do not know how long can I stand it but I truly wanted to cancel today. If they continue this horrible customer service, I will not last a year. I am glad that I did not sign any contract with me.
