American Home Shield Complaint - service contract practice
I have been with American Home Shield for the past 2 years, and I have had nothing but communication problems with AHS (American Home Shield). It started last summer 2010, when I had a short in my electtrical system. I had to pay the service fee $60.00 twice to get the same problem fix, and the problem still exist. I lost $120.00 just in fees.
AHS sends out the wrong technicians to fix the problem and according to the contract, the water sprinkler system is not covered, why then send me the wrong technician is because the lack communication skills. THey do not want to listen to the detail problem. I had to buy two water sprinkler controllers, total cost $70.00, because AHS sends out the wrong technicians and they lack communication skills. Their phone etiquette is below professional standards. We had to wait 3 days before the floor supervisor called us back. Yet these managers are just plain rude. Being a Real Estate Agent, I sent them many referrals, no more.
