Trac Fone Complaint - Trac Fone Customer Service

I had a defective Trac Fone under warranty. It was replace with another
phone. I followed the instructions to activate the replacement phone. After
following the instructions, it took me 12 hours and 50 minutes to get my account resolved. I went through 6 customer service reps and 3 "supervisors". I finally got my service time and minutes transferred to the new phone, but my phone number has been given away. Thus I had to accep a new number which causes all my contacts to be notified to change my number. After all this wasted time, not one person from Trac Fone even said they were sorry for the problems the customer service people caused. I can not find anywhere to complain. Trac fone sucks!!!!!!!!!
