Virgin Mobile Complaint - Customer Service - Mobile Phones

We purchased 3 mobile phones from Virgin Mobile. They do not work and no one would help. After using the phones for 1 week they would not refund the money for the minutes even though we had no phone service. 2 hours later and several supervisors who don't seem to know anything, nothing was resolved. Do not start with that company. VIRGIN MOBILE. The worst experience ever

I could use some more information here. Why don't the phones work? Have they been charged? Is it a coverage issue? Aren't any of the phones under warranty? What kind of phones? Were they activated?
