Optus (Australia, Cessnock area) Complaint - Where's my service gone?????

I've never been 100% happy with Optus but through the 30 day coverage satisfaction guarantee period the coverage was adequate so I opted to continue with the contract. Shortly after this, the coverage started to decrease to the point that there are only 3 places in my house where my phone will have any service at all!

I contacted Optus & they blamed Apple. I contacted Apple & they blamed Optus. I'm pretty sure it's an Optus issue because when I put my SIM into a non-Apple phone I still have the same issues. I re-contacted Optus with this information & their response was that I was welcome to cancel my contract at any time if I was dissatisfied, just pay the early opt-out fees & pay the remainder owing on the phone.

My issue isn't with paying for the phone but I'm irritated that no one at Optus has even TRIED to address the issue of poor network coverage! Their only suggestion was to cancel the contract & pay the fees!
