Customer Service Complaint - Customer Service Very Rude

I just went thru the process of paying my account off via the phone service feature, went thru entire process of providing my bank routing and account number before the automated service hung up. When I called back to 1-see if payment went thru and 2-make the payment, the Customer representative was very rude...hard to believe when the payment was for $3665.84...she should be thankful that the account was being paid, hence her paycheck would be paid also~!

I'm sure the company supervisor and corporate office would be thankful that your account is paid, and would also be interested in hearing about your experience with the CSR and how she represented the company.

My experience with the company has been very similar. You should try the other company. Their service is much better. Especially when you are a current customer of their services. Voted very helpful.

I have found rude customer service reps at the company I use as well.
