Customer service Complaint - The worst people to deal with on the phone.
After waiting for 2 hours on the phone come to find out my service was disconnected due to a non payment I told them my payment had cleared my bank and their response was we don't have it. I faxed the bank statements and asked if they would waived the reconnection fee since I've proved the charges were done on time. Their response was if it has not cleared our account we don't know if it has been taking out your account. I guess another company will be happy with 5k a month business.
Really people look at the service you're getting before you switched I thought TXU was bad but they've found a better match.
