Samsung Complaint - Samsung indulge ipone is defective

I purchased this phone from Metro Pcs and had nothing but problems
with it from day one. It has a lock feature....which I am aware of but
the problem is that when someobody calls...a lot of times it will not
allow you to unlock it. It also cuts you off (the receiver) and the caller will keep on talking and not be able to hear you in the middle of
conversation. You can hear them, but they cannot hear you. I was told that
this is a mute feature...but it is not what is going on on this phone.
I know where the mute button is. This is the worst phone I have ever owned. There are times that it doesn't even ring...and days later a string of messages will show up at the same time. In other words you will press #1 to answer your voicemail and have no messages...days later messages will come up from the days phone says you had no messages. I tried to take it back the next day but was refused by Metro as I am not a "new customer" so their policy is not to allow existing customers to be able to exchange this phone. It is a total ripoff. You can never get on the internet either as it locks up and eventually disconnects itself. The phone is a total letdown. I am ready to just transfer my old $19.00 phone and throw the Samsung Indulge into the junkbin.
