Nautica Complaint - Rude Ignorant Customer Service

I had ordered a new mattress, so I wanted a new mattress pad to put on it. I went to a local store and bought one cost me $25 which as far as mattress pads is about a medium price. Several weeks later the mattress came, I put the new pad on it, as I was putting over the sides of the matteress it started tearing like tissue paper, the thirty days was up so I could not take it back. This item will never last to a washing, so it is on there and then in the garbage.
I contacted the company, they sent the usual email saying it had been received and they would get back to me. After a couple of weeks I contacted them again. This time I got an email back not to me but a copy of an inter office email to somebody else, I didn't understand what it meant, emailed them again, they said well this is the person who handles this. A few weeks later another inter office email telling someone else that this was a closeout item and there were no more, so what does that mean to me? That's it, not once did they ever address me, not once did they ever contact me the customer directly just inter office emails. So what kind of company does this? I will never buy anything with their name on it again PLEASE BELIEVE THAT.

A company should stand behind its products, this one obviously dosen't. Very helpful.
