Sears Appliances Complaint - Cannot Deliver the Goods
I ordered a refrigerator from Sears - paid extra for next day delivery. Well guess what? Two weeks later and still no fridge. So I sat on hold for half an hour with these morons, only to hear that they had no record of the order. Confirmation number mean anything to you? How about an email from the "vice president of customer service" thanking me for my order? I guess not. My bank will give me my money back; otherwise I would sue Sears for fraud.
