Credit Union of Denver Complaint - Don't Go There For Banking!!!!
They don't call people back! They release your banking information to anyone that can verify your name, address. They do not check the passwords, or secret questiosn that are on accounts. they do not check ids for account holders. There is a woman named Lori and Claudine that release inforamtion to everyne.
A friend of mine has someone she knows that is claiming people are stealilng money from him and he reports it and the credit union ONLY reimburses him the money gone out of his account. they do not investigate into allegations, they discriminate if you are white.
My account was compromised at least 9 times and all you have to call is the 303 234 1700 and pretend you are someone that you are not and they give anything out.
They close accounts and KEEP funds. No notice, no communication with reasons why. If you want a loan there -- DON'T!!!! They do not veirfy information it is who it is on the loan during the signature process and afterwards - call them and they won't verify anything, they will release anythign to anyone as long as you have an account number. Claudine, Leslie and Lisa and Steve in Loss Mitigation don't return calls and/or give information to the account holders - it is given to everyone BUT the people on the loans. I had a friend call in and she was given everything on my account and didn't get asked any information, they gave the balance, my ssn, birthday and when the payments were due.
If you want a credit union that cares about people.... go to Bellco or Public Service, the Credit Union of Denver in Lakewood Colorado is to willy nilly free willy with information and they are holding $12,763.55 of our money and aren't releasing it to anyone, they said that they are keeping our money. It'll be in the news within the next few days -- keep eye for it. it is gonna be out there.
