MyVitanet.com Complaint - Terrible Customer Service---4 months of trying to get a REFUND and still no luck!

I am extremely frustrated and VERY disappointed with MyVitanet.com. It has the lousiest Customer Service that I have ever experienced on line! On at least five occasions, I contacted them to request a REFUND for an item that was backordered back in APRIL, 2011. I rec'd only one very cryptic response from them,i.e., a FORM response, stating that it takes 30 days for refunds to be processed. It has, however, now been over FOUR MONTHS and I have yet to receive my refund for an item that was BACKORDERED and NEVER SHIPPED to me! When I go to my ORDER STATUS now, my order is not even listed any more??? Where did it go?...and I still not received a call or, more importantly, MY REFUND!!! YOU WILL BE SMART TO NOT EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM MYVITANET. COM!!!
