KFC in North Augusta on Martintown Road Complaint - Wrong food, bad employee service

I had to repeat myself 3 times at the drive through. So I am sure she received the order correctly. I paid at the window. The employee seemed aggravated. As I got home, I had the wrong chicken and the wrong side. Was very disappointed, this was at 530pm on a Sunday evening.

when, oh when, will people learn to check their orders BEFORE they leave the drive-up window??

Some people won't do it, because they feel they shouldn't have to check to make sure the order is correct. I also think a quick check can save you lots of aggravation, but that's just me, while you are still at the location.

When will certain drive through's ever get it right is more the question.
