arrigo dodge Informative - poor service - repair/service

WEST PALM BEACH, FLORIDA -- The lack of service is INCREDIBLY bad. So far I've had to rent a car a total of 6 days and as of today still not resolved. An electrical problem that no one can seem to fix but worse yet is the attitude, inefficiency and lack of communication by everyone we've dealt with. Chrysler doesn't seem to have any clout with these guys either.In 4 days have only called 1 time. No one takes ownership and don;'t even want to escalate an issue. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I've documented every call and am up to 4 pages with names dates and times. BEWARE

I HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM,BUT NOT WITH ARRIGO
DODGE,BUT WITH THE DODGE CHRSYLER OF VERO.THEY HAVE VERY BAD SERVICE THER,THEY CHARGE US A LARGE AMOUNT OF MONEY.PROBLEM STILL EXIST,THEY SAY I GOT ANOTHER PROBLEM.I DON'T UNDERSTAND,WE DRIVE THERE,BUT HAD TO TOW IT AWAY,AND STILL LOSE OUR MONEY.I HAVE TALK TO EVERYONE THERE ACCEPT THE GENERAL MANAGER WHO NEVER RESPONED TO MY VOICEMAILS AT ALL.NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK PRIOR TO MY PROBLEM.I CAN'T BELIEVE DEALERSHIPS.THEY ARE ALL RIP OFF.PROBLEM STILL NOT SOLVED.
